摘 要:采用超声脉冲回波法对具有封闭横截面形状的碳纤维三维编织预制件的厚度进行在线测量。分析了超声波在三维编织预制件内的传播原理,建立了由微机、步进电机、齿轮、丝杠和探头组成的A型脉冲回波法检测系统和加压装置。实验结果表明:三维编织预制件内部纤维束倾斜,造成超声波衰减比较严重,但是选用水做耦合剂,在适当的压力和探头频率下,超声法可以透射三维编织预制件,获得预制件的厚度信息;随着预置压力的增大,超声波测试的厚度值趋于稳定;探头频率对测试结果数据影响不明显。The thickness of 3-D preform with closure cross-section shape braided using carbon fibers was determined synchronously using ultrasonic pulse-echo method.The transmitting principle of ultrasonic in 3-D braided preform was analyzed.The testing system and pressure mechanism consisted of computer,stepping motor,gear,leading screw and probes.It is concluded that ultrasonic attenuated seriously in 3-D braided preform because of its inner incline fiber tow structure.But with coupling water,the proper pressure value and the frequency of the probe can make the preform transmit ultrasonic wave,thus the thickness information can be obtained accordingly.The thickness value tends to be stably with the increase of pressure.However,the frequency of the probe has no notable effect on result data.
