摘 要:研究合成单宁在锦纶和蚕丝织物上的吸附性能及其差别。结果表明:合成单宁按Langmuir-Nernst二元吸附机制在锦纶和蚕丝织物上发生吸附,且表现出吸热效应;由于蚕丝氨基含量高,锦纶中存在大量的亚甲基,Langmuir吸附在蚕丝总吸附中的贡献大于在锦纶总吸附中的贡献,在蚕丝织物上的吸附对pH值更为敏感;锦纶膨润性较蚕丝差,空隙尺寸较蚕丝小,使得合成单宁在锦纶织物上的吸附对温度更为敏感。The adsorption behavior of syntan on nylon and silk fabrics are studied.The results show that syntan adsorption on the two fibers is expressed by dual adsorption mechanism in accordance with Langmuir and Nernst type adsorption and endothermic effect.Since silk has high content of amino groups,where nylon contains abundant methylene groups,the contribution of Langmuir adsorption on silk fabric is greater than that on nylon fabric in respect of the total sum of syntan adsorption.When compared with nylon fabric,syntan adsorption on silk fabric is more sensitive to pH.The stronger temperature dependence of syntan adsorption on nylon is due to its poor swelling and smaller inside voids.
