摘　　要：针对服装尺寸手工测量方法效率低下、出错率高等问题,提出一种有效的服装尺寸自动测量方法。首先设计了相应的测量系统并进行可行性分析。其次,针对服装尺寸自动测量困难问题,采用图像测量技术,提出使用SUSAN方法进行服装图像的外部关键节点检测,采用设置回光反射标志等方法用于检测服装内部关键节点。最后给出了尺寸计算分析和误差分析的方法。该方法克服了由于服装易变形而难以测量的缺点。实验结果表明测量精度满足服装工业测量要求。An efficient method for automatic measurement of garment dimensions is proposed in view of the problems such as low efficiency,high rate of mistakes in the method for measurement of garment dimensions by manual.Firstly,a measurement system is designed and its feasibility is also analyzed.Secondly,aiming at the difficulties to measure the garment dimensions automatically,the image measuring technique is used and the SUSAN method is proposed for the detection of external corners of garment image,the retro-reflective target is also used for the detection of inner corners of garment image.And methods for dimensions calculating and error analysis are also proposed.This method has overcome the problem that the dimensions hard to be measured as the garment is flexible.Experimental results show that its measurement accuracy can meet actual apparel industrial measurement requirements.
