摘  要:将不同厚度的铸态AZ31B变形镁合金板加热至673K,进行多道次轧制,每道次的下轧量约为1mm,最终轧制成2mm厚的薄板。对热轧板进行523K×60min的退火处理;并对热轧态和退火态的薄板进行组织观察与力学性能测试。结果表明,AZ31B镁合金铸板经过热轧后,组织得到明显细化,力学性能得到大幅度提高。当应变量为1.4时,热轧态AZ31B镁合金板材的抗拉强度为290MPa,伸长率为18%;热轧板经523K×60min退火处理后,合金的抗拉强度较热轧态略有下降,但伸长率大幅度提高,合金呈现良好的组织与力学性能。The as-cast AZ31B magnesium alloy sheets with different thicknesses which were preheated at 673 K were rolled by several pass rolling, the thickness was reduced about lmm by every pass. Finally, the sheets were rolled to 2mm. The thin sheets were annealed at 523 K for 60min. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the rolled sheets and annealed sheets were examined. The results show, after rolling, the microstructure of AZ31B magnesium alloy are refined, mechanical properties are greatly improved. When the strain reaches 1.4, the tensile strength of hot-rolled sheet of AZ31B magnesium alloy is 290 MPa, the elongation is 18%. After annealing at 523 K for 60 min, the tensile strength of hot-rolled sheet reduces somewhat, but the elongation increases largely. The alloy presentes good microstructure and mechanical properties.
