浮封环激光相变硬化的实验研究

摘  要:利用连续波CO2激光束,对浮封环表面进行了激光表面淬火研究。结果表明:激光淬火前后变形量较小,硬化层显微硬度比未处理前提高了300%;硬化层深达0.5mm;耐磨性提高了近1倍。硬度提高的主要原因是晶粒细化,固溶强化和位错密度的提高。激光处理后能满足浮动油封的工作要求,为提高浮动油封寿命提供了依据。The laser surface quenching on 45 steel was carried out by using a continuous wave CO2 laser, The experimental results show that the amount of deformation before and after laser quenching is little; the surface hardness of laser transformation hardening layer is 300 percent more than that of 45 steel; the hardening depth is about 0.5 mm; The wear-resistance increases by about one time. The increment of hardness is due to refinement of grains, solution strengthening and increment of dislocation density. The experimental results provide basis for improving the surface properties of floating oil seal.
