摘 要:采用激光对金属间化合物Ni3Al进行表面熔凝处理,用电子显微镜观察了激光熔凝处理后的Ni3Al试样的金相组织,并通过划痕硬度试验和磨损试验测试了试样经激光熔凝处理后的划痕硬度和耐磨性。结果表明,金属间化合物Ni3Al经激光熔凝处理后,组织得到了明显细化,划痕硬度和耐磨性较未采用激光熔凝处理的试样都有较大幅度地提高,其中划痕硬度最少提高了106.95%,耐磨性最少提高了200%。Intermetallic Ni3Al was treated with different laser consolidation technology, then the treated surface microstructure was analyzed by using SEM. The hardness and wear-resistance of treated specimen were tested by laser consolidation technology. The results indicate that, after laser consolidation treatment, the microstructure of intermetallic Ni3Al can be sharply refined. The hardness and Wear resistance can greatly increase. Compared with the untreated specimen, its hardness can be promoted by at least 106.95%, wear resistance is enhanced by 200%.
