Effect of Solution Treatment on Microstructure and Properties of PH15-7Mo Semi-austenitic Precipitation Hardening Stainless Steel

摘  要:利用光学金相显微镜、X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜和布氏硬度计等分析和研究了固溶处理温度对半奥氏体沉淀硬化不锈钢PH15-7Mo组织和性能的影响。结果表明,PH15-7Mo钢固溶后的组织以奥氏体和δ-铁素体为主,含有少量的板条马氏体;随着固溶温度的升高,组织中δ-铁素体的含量明显增加;在1000~1150℃进行固溶处理后,硬度变化不大,高于1150℃固溶,因铁素体含量的急剧增加导致钢的硬度略有下降。The effects of solution treatment temperature on microstructure and properties of PH15-7Mo precipitation hardening stainless steel were studied by using optical microscopy, X-ray diffraction, scanning transmission electron microscopy and brinell hardness tester. The results show that the microstructure of PH15-7Mo steel after solution treatment consists of austenite and 8-ferrite, including a little lath martensite. The content of 8-ferrite increases with the rise of solution treatment temperature. There is a little hardness difference after solution treatment between 1000 ℃ and 1150 ℃, but the hardness of the steel slightly reduces because of the increase of S-ferrite content when the solution treatment temperature is above 1150 ℃.
