摘 要:目的:通过观察银杏叶提取物(EGB)对家兔肾缺血再灌注(I/R)损伤模型血清尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)含量和磺胺嘧啶代谢的影响,探讨EGB对肾I/R损伤的保护作用。方法:24只家兔随机分为假手术组(A组)、IR组(B组)和EGB预处理组(C组)。B、C组家兔肾缺血45min,再灌注4h建立家兔肾I/R损伤模型,C组加用EGB预处理。于再灌注同时注射磺胺嘧啶,测定其分布半衰期(t1/2α)、消退半衰期(t1/2β),并检测不同时间点血清BUN和Cr含量变化,同时观察肾组织病理学改变。结果:B组磺胺嘧啶的t1/2α与A组相比明显缩短,而t1/2"明显延长(均P<0.05),其血清中BUN、Cr含量亦明显升高(P<0.05),肾组织出现明显的病理改变。而经EGB预处理的C组磺胺嘧啶的t1/2α与B组相比延长,t1/2β缩短,血清中BUN、Cr含量降低,差异有显著性(P<0.05),肾组织病理改变明显减轻。结论:EGB对肾I/R损伤有一定的保护作用。Objective To explore the role of ginkgo biloba extract (EGB) in renal ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) injury in rabbits. Methods The rabbit model of renal I/R injury was established by ligating left renal artery for 45 min and then reperfusing for 240 min. EGB was applied for pretreatment. Sulfadiazine was administered intravenously during the period of reperfusion and its distribution half-life (t1/2α) and elimination half-life (t1/2β) were detected, so were serum levels of blood urea nitrogen (BUN), and creatinine (Cr) at different time points. The pathological changes of the renal tissues were observed. Results As compared with sham operation control group, t1/2α was significanty shortened but t1/2β was significantly prolonged (P 〈 0.05), serum levels of Cr and BUN were markedly increased (P 〈 0.05), and notable pathological changes in the renal tissues occurred in I/R group. Pretreatment with EGB significantly prolonged t1/2α and shortened t1/2β, decreased serum levels of Cr and BUN (P 〈 0.05), and alleviated the pathological changes as compared with I/R group. Conclusion EGB plays a protective role in renal I/R injury.
