摘 要:目的:探讨2型糖尿病患者治疗过程中出现低血糖反应的相关危险因素。方法:选取2型糖尿病患者共553例。采用回顾性研究观察不同年龄、治疗及血糖达标过程中低血糖发生的差异,并分析它们之间的相关性。结果:(1)低血糖组体重指数、糖化血红蛋白值低于非低血糖组,年龄高于非低血糖组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)低血糖发生的概率随糖尿病肾病的加重而逐渐增加,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)Logistic回归分析显示年龄、性别、体重指数、肌酐、糖化血红蛋白是发生低血糖的独立相关变量(P<0.05)。结论:年龄、糖化血红蛋白、严重并发症等是2型糖尿病治疗中发生低血糖的危险因素。Objective To explore the risk factors for reactive hypoglycemia during the therapy for type 2 diabetes mellitus. Method A retrospective study was conducted among 553 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus to identify the differences in the occurrence of reactive hypoglycemia in diverse ages and therapy regimes and during achievement of target blood glucose levels and then analyze their relationship. Results Body mass index (BMI) and HbAle level were significantly lower but age was obviously higher in hypoglycemia group than in non-hypoglycemia group (P 〈 0.05). There was significant difference between the two groups in the probability of hypoglycemia which was gradually elevated with aggravation of diabetic nephropathies (P 〈 0.05). Logistic regression analysis indicated that age, gender, BMI, blood creatinine, and HbAle were independent variables related to the occurrence of hypoglycemia (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Age, HbAlc and severe complications are the risk factors for the occurrence of hypoglycemia during the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
