摘　　要：目的:探讨双侧输尿管逆行插管在经腹子宫切除术中的作用。方法:麻醉后患者采用膀胱截石位或人字位,用宫腔治疗镜或膀胱镜进行双侧输尿管逆行插管。结果:困难复杂的手术98例,无一例发生输尿管损伤。结论:双侧输尿管逆行插管在困难子宫切除术中可明确输尿管的位置,避免输尿管损伤的发生。Objective To explore the effect of retrograde catheterization of bilateral ureters in abdominal hysterectomy, Method Retrograde catheterization of bilateral ureters via a diagnostic hysteroscope or cystoscope was performed in patients in lithotomy or lambdoid position after anesthesia. Result 98 complicated abdominal hysterectomies were performed and no any ureter injury occurred. Conclusion Retrograde catheterization of bilateral ureters in difficult abdominal hysterectomy can identify the position of the ureters and thus prevent the ureter from injury.
