超声诊断胎儿泌尿系畸形56例分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨超声诊断胎儿泌尿系畸形的声像图特征和临床实用价值。方法:回顾性分析56例产前超声诊断为泌尿系统畸形的胎儿超声图像,并与产后结果进行对照。结果:胎儿泌尿系畸形56例,其中肾积水31例,婴儿型多囊肾1例,成人型多囊肾1例,多囊性发育不良肾13例,肾缺如6例,盆腔异位肾2例,重复肾2例。结论:产前超声诊断胎儿泌尿系畸形,为胎儿预后判断、临床及早采取措施提供依据,这对优生优育及新生儿早期治疗有重要临床实用价值。Objective To explore the clinical value of sonography for fetal genitourinary malformations and the sonographic characteristics of the disorders. Method The images of 56 cases of fetal genitourinary malformations diagnosed prenatally by sonography were retrospectively analyzed and the compared with the postnatal outcomes. Results Of 56 cases of fetal genitourinary malformations, 31 were hydrorephrosis, 1 autosomal recessive infantile polycystic kidney disease, 1 adult polycystic kidney disease, 13 muhicystic dysplastic kidney, 6 renal agenesis, 2 ectopic kidney, and 2 duplicate kidney. Conclusion Prenatal sonographic screening for fetal genitourinary malformations provides supports for prognosis of the fetus and for the early application of therapies, which plays an important role in eugenetics and the early treatment.
