摘　　要：通过深入分析福州市中心城区的地貌特征、暴雨产汇流特性、内涝成因,结合已有的排涝系统和城市规划建设的具体情况,在充分挖掘城区内河泄洪、蓄洪潜力的基础上,提出内涝治理思路,并采用"蓄、排、滞、截、防"等综合治理措施,提高其排涝能力。The approach of controlling waterlogging in downtown areas of Fuzhou City is presented based on features of landform, rainstorm runoff, reasons of waterlogging and existing drainage system and urban planning, and fully exploration of potential of flood discharge and detention capacity of the city. The comprehensive measures are flood storing, discharging, detaining, stocking, intercepting and preventing for enhancing capacity of waterlogging control.
