滦河迁安段综合治理浅析

摘　　要：滦河作为河北省第二大河流,大部分河段都存在着防洪能力低以及严重的生态与环境问题,急需以一种全新的防洪理念进行综合治理。通过对维持河道行洪功能和生态修复与环境建设相结合的研究,提出了滦河迁安段综合治理的思路。Luan River is the second largest river in Hebei Province. Most river sections suffer from serous ecological and environmental problems and in low flood control standard. A new flood management concept is urgently needed. Suggestions are made on comprehensive harness of the Qian＇an Section of Luan River based on study of sustaining flood pass capacity of river course and combination of ecological recovery with environment improvement.
