摘  要:研究了在自然低温下温室、荫棚、喷施蒸腾剂、喷防冻剂、地面覆盖等保护措施对5年生红叶石楠优良品种鲁宾斯(Photinia glabra Var.Rubens)越冬的影响。结果表明,在2006年极端温度-10.2℃时,红叶石楠受害等级达到2级可以基本过冬;随着时间的延长,不同栽培措施下红叶石楠的叶绿素含量先减后升,细胞相对质膜透性增大;温室的SOD酶活性先升后降,其他栽培措施红叶石楠的SOD酶活性呈升—降—升的趋势;温室、喷施蒸腾抑制剂的脯氨酸含量呈上升的趋势,而其他栽培措施红叶石楠的脯氨酸含量呈先升后降的趋势。方差分析表明,在越冬过程中,红叶石楠叶片叶绿素含量、细胞膜透性、SOD酶活性、脯氨酸含量不同时间、不同越冬保护措施之间的差异性均是极显著的。越冬保护效果从高到低的排序为温室、荫棚、地面覆盖、喷施防冻剂、喷施蒸腾剂、露地。Under the natural conditions, the paper studied effects of five cultivation measures on 5-year-old Photinia glabra Var. Rubens in overwintering adaptability. Results were as follows: At -10.2℃, seedings suffered frozen injuries at the second level could be wintering; Contents of chlorophyll dropped first and then raised with increased RPP; The activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) raised first and then dropped in greenhouse and that were "high-low-high" of other conditions; Free Proline (Pro) were increased in conditions of greenhouse and spraying antitranspirant while under other conditions free Proline (Pro) raised first and then dropped. Cluster analysis showed that differences between physiological and biochemical characteristics indexes were significant. The sequence of overwintering protection effects was greenhouse, shade canopy, coving ground, spraying antifreeze, spraying antitranspirant and open field.
