摘　　要：本文在原工作的基础上，继续探讨ICP－AES法测定高温合金中Nb、Ta、Zr和Hf的落样与光谱干扰问题，通过试验研究表明，上述问题的解决在合金样品分析中具有实际意义．In this paper, the decomposition of samples and the interference of spectrum are further discussedon base of former research for determination of Nb,Ta,Zr and Hf in superalloyS by ICP-AES. It isshown that the resolwhg of the problems has practical signtheance in analysis of alloys.
