摘 要:用荧光分光光度法和紫外分光光度法研究了β-环糊精双核铜络合物(Cu2-β-CD)在强碱性溶液中与氨基酸的超分子作用,发现Cu2-β-CD与芳香基氨基酸的荧光光谱和紫外光谱发生明显变化,Cu2-β-CD对于芳香基氨基酸具有分子识别作用.对于酪氨酸和苯丙氨酸,主客体间形成超分子络合物的化学计量比为1:4.用Scatchard方程或Lineweaver-Burk曲线分别求得了它们的物理常数.推测Cu2-β-CD与芳香基氨基酸形成超分子络合物的主要作用力是静电力,与β-CD和氨基酸的疏水作用有所不同.The supramolecular actions between the copper(Ⅱ) complex with β cyclodextrin(Cu 2 β CD) and amino acids in alkaline solution were studied by means of fluorescence and UV spectrophotometry. It is found that the fluorescence spectra and UV spectra of Cu 2 β CD with aromatic amino acids had changed obviously and there was molecular recognition between Cu 2 β CD and aromatic amino acids. The stoichiometric ratio of the supramolecular complex formed form the subject and object was found to be 1∶4 (Cu 2 β CD∶Tyr or Phe). The physical constants were determined using Scatchard equation and Lineweaver Burk curve. The main binding force of the supramolecular complex of Cu 2 β CD with aromatic amino acids was inferred to be static electric force, which was different from the hydrophobic process of β CD with amino acids
