摘　　要：介绍了ADAM4000系列模块在某企业料仓控制系统中的应用。该系统实现了设备运行状态的读取以及远程控制。并在此基础上,建立了数据库管理系统,实现一个完善的小型工业控制管理系统。重点介绍了ADAM 4053 16通道数字量输入模块和ADAM4068继电器输出模块,以及相应的常用命令。并对Delphi中WindowsAPI串行通信编程步骤做了简要介绍。最后给出具体的硬件连接图和软件设计说明。This article is based on the application of ADAM 4000 series. This application is about an industrial control system of a storage in an enterprise. The acquisition of devices running status and remote control is realized. Then based on these, a database management system is built. Finally, an integrated small industrial control and tnanagement system is founded. Especially ADAM-4053 16- channel digital input module and ADAM-4068 relay output module, and the corresponding commandset are introduced. Then the steps of Windows API serial communication programming is briefly introduced using Delphi, At last the device connection diagram and the introduction of software designing are given.
