摘　　要：论文通过对马克思的时空观分析,认为现代城市规划理论在实践活动中的按活动的内容,可以将其划分为实体、关系、信息和时间几个阶段。并认为现代城市规划理论应该立足于城市建设社会实践活动,"社会时间"将是其发展的核心,减少劳动时间的时空距离,增加自由时间的活动空间将是现代城市规划理论发展的方向。The paper analyses Marxian viewpoint about space and time, and believes that modem urban planning theory in practice according to the active content may divide into the entity, the relations, the information and time several stages. And modem urban planning theory should be based on urban construction social practice, the social time will be its development core, to reduce the working time and time distance, and to increase activity space in free time will be the modern urban planning theory development direction.
