摘　　要：从生态住宅的设计理念入手,阐述了生态住宅的基本设计原则。从能源、物理环境、绿化系统等几个方面,探讨了生态住宅设计的可控性。From the concept of the ecological hosing design, the basic designing principles of the ecological housing is explained and the controllability of the ecological housing design is discussed from such aspects as energy, physical surroundings, tree - planting system, etc.
