摘  要:型砂水分在线测控,对控制型砂质量,提高铸件品质十分重要。基于电容式水分传感器的型砂水分在线测控系统需要进行温度补偿,其温度传感器要求显示分辨率高、测量速度快、准确度高、单路数字电平输出、外壳不粘砂、耐磨耐腐蚀,便于安装。根据前述要求,选择TMP03芯片来研制温度传感器,经过电路设计、软件设计、外壳机械设计及安装设计,成功地研制了温度传感器。应用实验结果表明,所研制的温度传感器可以准确而快速地测量型砂含水量,实现混砂机中型砂温度的在线测量。Measurement and control of green sand moisture have very important role in assuring the quality of green sand and castings. On-line measuring and controlling system for green sand moisture based on capacitive moisture sensor needs temperature compensation. The temperature compensator is supposed to have a high-definition display, give quick and accurate measure, and produce output in single channel digit level. The casing of temperature sensor, designed for the feature of incohesion, wearproof and inoxidizable, must be easy to install. Upon the requirements mentioned above, the authors choose chip TMP03 to develop a temperature sensor. Through the process of circuit design, software development, casing design, the temperature sensor is successfully developed. The experimental results show that the temperature sensor could give readings of water volume in green sand in an accurate and quick way, by which on-line measure of temperature in green sand mixer is available.
