摘　　要：介绍了JPEG压缩标准,详细分析了JPEG标准下的图像压缩编码和解码原理以及实现过程,并在Visual C++中通过CJPEG类提供的JPEG编码和解码函数,实现了对静止图像的数据压缩,达到了高效地存储、传输、处理图像数据的目的。The standard of JPEG compression is shows , and analysed the principles of its compressed code and decode. Through the JPEG code and decode function offered by CJPEG in VC, It can succeed in compressing the static vision with the purpose of storing, transmitting and dealing with the vision data high-efficiently.
