摘　　要：对高民同志撰写的《图书馆评估引入效益分析势在必行》一文中否定图书馆评估成果、全新评估模式、效益指标、评价优劣馆长四个观点进行了质疑,提出了个人看法,旨在通过学术讨论,达成共识。Queried in this paper are the negation of library evaluation achievements, new evaluation model, cost - benefit indices and evaluation of library directors propeased in the article entitled ＂Imperative to introduce a cost - benefit analysis into the library evaluation＂ writtem by Gao Min. The author puts forward his ideas on evaluation of college and university libraries in order to reach a consensus.
