5-(4-甲氧基苯偶氮)-8-(苯磺酰氨基)喹啉的合成及其与钴荧光反应的研究

摘　　要：本文报告了５－（４－甲氧基苯偶氮）－８－（苯磺酰氨基）喹啉（ＭＯＰＢ－ＳＱ）的合成及结构鉴定。建立了ＭＯＰＢＳＱ－吐温８０测钴的新荧光分析方法。方法的检测限为０．５ｎｇ／ｍＬ，线性范围为０～４０μｇ／Ｌ，螯合物在λｅｘ／λｅｍ＝３４１ｎｍ／４０５ｎｍ处产生强烈荧光。不经分离可直接用于维生素Ｂ１２及蔬菜中痕量钴的测定。In this paper,the synthesis and purification of 5 (4 methoxyphenylazo) 8 (benzenesulfonamido) quinoline (MOPBSQ) are described.The fluorimetic realtion of MOPBSQ with cobalt was studied in detail.The product has an intense fluorescence at λ em /λ ex =405nm/341nm.The detection limit is 0.5ng/mL.The linear range of determination is 0～40μg/L.This method has been used to determine trace Co(Ⅱ) directly in some vegetables and vitamin B 12 .
