摘 要:在OP-10及CTAB混合表面活性剂存在下,锑(Ⅲ)与溴邻苯三酚红形成的络合物在紫外区及可见区均有很强的吸收峰。就峰高和半宽度而言,紫外区的吸收峰无论是在优化还是在非优化条件下皆比同一体系在可见区的吸收峰更适合于Sb(Ⅲ)的测定。为此,本文建立了在混合表面活性剂存在下用溴邻苯三酚红在紫外区(312nm)测定Sb(Ⅲ)的分光光度方法。在优化条件下,Sb(Ⅲ)在0~40μg/10mL内符合比耳定律,摩尔吸光系数为5.2×104L·mol-1·cm-1。与同类方法在可见光区测定的结果相比,我们的方法不但灵敏度大为提高,其选择性和再现性也有所改善。将本法用于粗铅中锑的测定,所得结果令人满意。In the presence of OP 10 and CTAB,the complex of Sb(Ⅲ) with bromopyrogallol red had two sensitive absorption peaks which appeared in the ultraviolet zone and visible zone,respectively.In terms of peak height and half band width,the ultraviolet peak was more suitable for Sb determination than the visible one under whether optimal or non optimal conditions.Therefore,an ultraviolet spectrophotometric method was established for the determination of Sb(Ⅲ) with bromopyrogallol red in the presence of mixed surfactants.Under the optimal conditions,Beer's law was obeyed over the range of 0~40μg/10mL Sb(Ⅲ) with the molar absorptivity being 5.2×10 4 L·mol -1 ·cm -1 at 312nm.Compared with the visible spectrophotometric methods,the present method is snsitive,selective and reproducible.Satisfactory results were obtained when our method was applied to the determination of Sb(Ⅲ) in lead based alloy.
