摘 要:我国多层和低层住宅中 ,砖混结构建筑占80%以上 ,存在与农业争地、烧砖耗能大、抗震差等问题。其改造方法除改善抗震性能、采用新型墙体材料和用混凝土代替部分砖砌体形成新的混合结构外 ,发展带混凝土筒大开间灵活住宅体系是一条符合国情的途径。Overall our country's multiple storey and lower storey residential buildings,the brick-concrete composite structures amount to more than 80%.There are,however,some severe contradictions in them such as,too much occupation of farm land and excessive energy consumption for brick manufacture et al.Nevertheless,there are some renovation measures for brick-concrete composite structures namely:improvement of their aseismatic capacity,adoption of new building materials for wall system and substitution of concrete for masonry work. Besides all these,the construction of large bay flexible residential buildings with its R.C. stairway core body should be the top most optimum to meet needs of China.
