带混凝土筒大开间砖混结构灵活住宅结构设计建议

摘　　要：带混凝土筒大开间砖混结构灵活住宅承重墙间距达4.8～7.2m ,使每户住宅户内形成可灵活布置隔断的大空间。在为此进行研究的基础上 ,提出了设计建议 ,除介绍布置及构造要求外 ,对多层混凝土筒—组合墙及组合墙的内力分配、截面设计等也提出了计算方法。In the large bay flexible residential building,the spacing distance between its transverse bearing walls is 4.8～7.2 m.Owing to the spaciousness of every flat,there is enough flexibility for flat's room planning and partitioning.On the bases of these researches,there are some good suggestions for design and construction of each flat's room planning and partitioning.Moreover,there are some calculation methods proposed for internal stress distribution and section designs of the building's R.C. stairway core body and its respective composite wall with openings.
