石化企业周边环境整治的实证研究——以“两兰”为例

摘　　要：石化行业一般具有易燃易爆、高温高压、有毒有害的特点,对周边环境破坏较大。文章以"两兰"为例,通过研究"两兰"周边的环境现状发现,目前企业凌乱的周边环境在保护黄河水资源、保障企业周边居民的生命财产安全等方面,还存在着一定程度的安全隐患。在此基础上,分析了"两兰"周边环境综合整治的必要性,并从企业内、外两个方面提出了具体的整治措施。The Petroleum and Chemical Enterprises can always seriously destroy the environment because of their flammable and explosive system, their high-temperature and high- pressure, and even hazardous characters. Taking Lanzhou Petroleum and Chemical Enterprise for example, this paper investigates the present condition of the environment around the enterprise. The author finds that the serious environmental problem caused by it has held up the protection of the Yellow River, and has endangered people＇s life there. For this, the paper puts forward that it is absolutely vital to do something about the environmental control around the Petroleum and Chemical Enterprises. At the same time, it will be necessary to take some specific measures from interior and exterior facts to improve the environmental condition.
