摘　　要：以粉煤灰漂珠、膨胀珍珠岩等为主要原料，磷酸或磷酸铝溶液为结合剂，采用半干法成型工艺，经５５０℃热处理，制得体积密度、导热系数及常温耐压强度等主要技术指标均与国内外同类产品相当的水泥窖用轻质隔热保温砖。Abstract Flyash floating beads and expanding pearl as main raw materials , phosphoric acid or aluminium phosphate solution as binding agent , by haif dry method shaping technology , through 550℃ heat treatment , the light thermal insulation brick for cement kiln was made. The volume density , thermal conductivity and pressure proof strength et al. of this brick are same as those of the products in home and abroad.
