摘　　要：随着军队医院体制编制调整的不断完善,非现役文职护士已成为护理队伍的主流。本文从护理文职人员角色定位、职业理念、准军事化管理及专业内涵等方面,阐述了对聘用文职护士进行综合素质培训,以提高军队医院护理质量,加强军队卫勤保障力量。With the perfection of military hospital human system adjustment, the un - active duty nurses have became the main human resources. In the paper, the measures to improve general quality of them were discussed from aspects as role orientation, professional idea, pre - militarization management and specialty connotation, which will be helpful to improve hospital nursing quality and support ability.
