摘  要:采用透射电镜技术,研究了曼氏无针乌贼精子形成的超微结构变化。结果表明,曼氏无针乌贼精细胞形成初期,细胞核圆形,染色质小团块状,线粒体、高尔基体、中心粒等细胞器分散在细胞质中。随后精细胞形态发生了一系列变化:(1)核内染色质凝集经颗粒化、细纤维化及粗纤维化,最终形成高电子密度的均质结构;(2)核形由圆形或椭圆形,变成长椭圆形,再拉长成长柱状纺锤形,核后端侧部内陷形成核后窝,"9+2"轴丝结构由此形成;(3)高尔基囊泡积累电子致密物,融合发育成顶体囊,并逐渐演变成∩形顶体;(4)线粒体逐渐向核后端移动,形成精子尾部中段的线粒体spur。The spermiogenesis of Sepiella maindroni was observed under a transmission electron microscope. It is showed that the early spermatid of S. maindroni has an ovoid nuclear with dense and irregular patches. Mitochondrias, Golgi bodies and triplet substructure centrioles were around the cytoplasm. The following morphological changes were observed in order. 1. The chromatin in spermatid experienced a course of granulation, fine fibrosis and thick fibrosis, and finally the formation of homogenized texture of high electron density. 2. The nucleus changed morphologically from ovoid or long ellipse to long cylindrical spindle-shaped gradually; posterior nuclear fossa was formed at rear lateral of the posterior nucleus, forming up "9+2" arrangements of axoneme extended from the centriole. 3. The density materials were accumulated in Golgi saclikes, fused into acrosomal vesicle, and gradually turned into an ∩-shaped acrosome. 4. Mitochondrias migrated rearwards and formed mitochondria spur in middle of the tail.
