摘  要:舒马曲坦为具有高度选择性的5-HT1D受体激动剂,主要用作偏头痛和丛集性头痛发作的急救药。本文列举了它的两大类合成路线,一类是吲哚成环法,以及这一类方法的进展,另一类是以5-溴吲哚为起始原料的合成法,并指出各条合成路线的优缺点。As a high-selective 5-HT1D receptor agonist, sumatriptan is mainly used as an emergency medicine in the treatment of migraine and cluster headache. Two primary synthetic routes of sumatriptan, including indole ring formation way as well as its development, and synthetic methods of using 5-bromoindole as the starting material were reviewed in this article. Advantages and disadvantages of the two methods were summarized as well.
