摘　　要：文章首先界定了国家能源安全的内涵，指出当前能源形势中几个主要的非安全因素。然后，介绍了我国现有的能源安全保障制度，并对其进行了简要的评价。最后，提出完善我国能源安全法律保障机制的几点建议。Firstly, this paper clarifies the concept of national energy safety and points out the major factors effecting energy safety, then introduces and evaluates the current legal system about safeguarding national energy. Finally, this paper makes some proposals for improving the legal system about safeguarding Chinese energy safety.
