摘 要:研究了Li渣掺量和减水剂对混凝土强度和坍落度的影响,根据试验数据总结出混凝土强度与灰水比、Li渣掺量之间的定量关系;水灰比在029~030范围内,内掺10%~30%的Li渣,用水量不多于170kg/m3,NF26减水剂的掺量不小于15%,可配制出C80高强度大流动性混凝土;并进行了掺Li渣与掺硅粉混凝土的强度比较。, The effect of the quantity of Li by product and water reducing agent on the concrete strength and slump are studied herein. According to the data obtained, the quantitative relationship between the concrete strength and water binder ratio as well as the adding quantity of Li by product was summarized. C80 high strength and high fluidity concrete can be prepared by using water binder ratio ranging from 0.29 to 0.30, 10%~30% of Li by product inner added, the quantity of water applied no more than 170kg/m 3 and the adding quantity of NF 2 6 water reducing agent no less than 1.5%. The comparison between the strength of concrete with Li by product and that with Silica fume was also made. Concrete strengthening mechanism by using Li by product was analyzed.
