补肾疏肝方治疗男性迟发性性腺功能减退症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察补肾疏肝方治疗男性迟发性性腺功能减退症的疗效。方法2003年2月～2007年6月男科门诊经雄激素部分缺乏问卷评分、血清睾酮（TT）测定筛选出雄激素部分缺乏症69例，平均年龄62．62岁，无器质性病变。36例作为治疗组予口服补肾疏肝方3个月，33例作为对照组未予特殊治疗。观察比较治疗前后雄激素部分缺乏评分和性激素的变化。结果治疗组治疗3个月雄激素部分缺乏评分总分和构成评分与治疗前比较明显改善（P〈0．01），治疗后3个月TT与治疗前比较明显改善（P〈0．01）。对照组雄激素部分缺乏评分总分和构成评分及性激素水平无明显变化（P〉0．05）。结论补肾疏肝方治疗男性迟发性性腺功能减退症安全、有效。Objective To evealuate the efficacy of bushenshugan rcipe for late-onset Hypogonadism. Methods The questionnaire score and serum total testoserone（TT）determination were used to screen 69 patients with partial hypoandrogenism（meanage was 62.62 ,without organic diseases）from andrology OPD from Feb. 2003 to Jun. 2007. The patients were divided into the treatment group（n=36）given Bushenshugan formula orally for 3 months,and the control group（n= 33）not given any treatment. The changes of scores and sexual hormone levels were observed and compared in two groups before and after the treatment. Results In treatment group the partial hypoandrogenism scores at 3 months after treatment were significantly improved comparing with those before treatment（P〈0.01）. After treatment 3 months , the changes of hormone also revealed that Patients intreatment group were significantly ilmproved after treatment（P〈0.01）. These were no significantly changes of partial hypoandrogenism scores and relevant hormone levels in control group（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Bushenshugan rcipe for late-onset hypogonadism is safe and effective.
