摘 要:分析了某大型钢铁企业原料采购问题,指出铁精矿品位的边际价值是优化企业采购策略的关键.建立了一个包含烧结、球团和高炉冶炼的模糊模型,在铁精粉品位和价值坐标内绘制等铁水成本线,计算出了面向铁水成本的铁精粉品位的边际冶炼价值.在D企业的实践证明,该模型可指导铁精粉采购决策,有效降低铁水成本.The procurement of raw materials in D company was analysed,indicaing that marginal metallurgical value of the concentrates of iron ores is crucial to optimize the procurement strategy. A fuzzy model was established which includes the process of sintering, pelletizing and blast frunace reducing. By computing the marginal value of the quality and price of the concentrates of iron ores at the target value of melton iron cost,an iso-line of melton iron cost in the dimension of the quality and price was drawn accordlngly.The practice of the model used in the D company shows that it can instruct the procurement strategy of concentrate and reduce the cost of melton iron effectively.
