摘　　要：通过建立模糊评判指标体系,选取相似参照案例比较分析,运用模糊数学测算待估土地报价,并利用实际案例进行了分析计算.Through the establishment of fuzzy judgment target system, the similar reference case was selected and the comparative analysis was carried out. The quoted price of land was estimated by utilizing the method of fuzzy mathematics and the computation was presented for the actual case.
