摘  要:方法:抽取学员18名,随机分为室温组、高温组。室温组在室温28℃,湿度50%的环境下进行5公里越野跑;高温组在地面温度为40℃的环境下进行5公里越野跑。在运动前、运动后即刻、运动后3小时,抽取5毫升肘静脉血,进行血浆CK活性、MDA含量和SOD活性的测量。结果:自然高温环境下进行5公里越野跑后,血浆CK活性较室温组显著升高(p<0.05),MDA含量显著增加(p<0.05),SOD活性上升(p<0.05)。结论:自然高温环境下的5公里越野跑可能对机体造成更大的氧化刺激和更多的肌肉损伤,在自然高温环境下训练更应重视训练后的恢复和营养补充。Method: 18 trainees are selected and randomly divided into indoor temperature and high temperature groups. The former group takes up the 5 km cross - country running at an indoor temperature of 28 Celsius and humidity of 50 percent, while the latter at a ground temperature of 40 Celsius. Shortly before and after the running as well as three hours after the running, 5 milliliter of elbow vein blood is extracted to test the CK activity, MDA concentration and SOD activity. Results : The plasma Ck activity of the former group is significantly increased ( p 〈 0.05 ), MDA concentration is also significantly increased ( p 〈 0.05), so it is with the SOD activity (p 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : 5 km cross - country running under natural high temperature environment may cause greater aerobic stimulation and muscle injury to the body, so greater attention should be paid to the post - training rehabilitation and nutrition supplement for training under natural high temperature environment.
