摘  要:根据教育部下发的《全国普通高等学校体育课程教学指导纲要》精神,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、实验对比法,对普通高校冰上课进行健身化教学的实验研究,将冰上课分两个阶段进行教学,即超前准备期和冰上教学期教学。教学实验证明,健身化教学效果优于传统的运动技术教学,提高了学生的冰上滑行能力,达到了健身的目的,培养了学生对体育课学习兴趣和对冰上运动的热爱。Taking into account the requirement of the "Guidelines for Physical Education Teaching in National Ordinary Higher - Learning Institutions" issued by the National Education Ministry and employing methods of documentary, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, contrastive experiments, the thesis writers make experiments and researches on how to realize the fitness function of the ice class in ordinary higher -learning institutions. They divide the ice class teaching into two stages, namely, ahead -of- time preparatory stage and ice class teaching stage. The teaching experiment proves that the teaching model of making the ice class an integral part of the fitness process is superior to the tradi- tional model of cultivating sports techniques; it can improve students' skating ability, realize the fitness goal and cultivate their interest in the physical education class and passion for ice sport.
