摘　　要：目的了解联合国儿童基金会(UNICEF)加强常规免疫合作项目在广西壮族自治区4个项目县调查2004年出生儿童的监护人对预防接种知识、态度、行为(KAP)的现状,为制定免疫规划传播策略提供依据。方法随机抽取4个项目县,采用入户调查的方法对2004年出生的852名儿童的监护人进行预防接种信息情况调查。结果79.69%的家长知道孩子在出生时要接种疫苗;69.48%的儿童监护人能主动带孩子去接种疫苗;56.81%的监护人常带儿童到乡镇卫生院接种;47.89%的儿童监护人知道孩子出生时要办理预防接种证;49.30%的儿童监护人知道在预防接种时要提供儿童的身体健康情况。结论4个项目县2004年出生儿童的监护人对预防接种KAP理解不够,自主接种意识薄弱,提示要针对不同目标人群制定不同的传播策略,开展免疫规划知识传播,提高公众对免疫规划服务的主动需求。Objective As part of the UNICEF project on intensified routine immunization, the assessment was conducted to evaluate the knowledge, attitude and practice（KAP） on vaccination among the guardians of infants born in 2004 in four designated counties, providing evidence for the development of the promotion policy of the Expanded Programme on Immunization （EPI） in China. Methods In this assessment, the guardians of 852 infants born in 2004 received a house to house survey on vaccination. Results A total of 79.69% of the parents knew that infants should be vaccinated when born; 69.48% of the guardians would have their children vaccinated positively; 56.81% of them had taken their children to township hospitals for vaccination; 47.89% of them knew that it was necessary to apply for an immunization certification after their children were vaccinated; and 49.30% of them also knew that the children＇s health status should be provided before vaccination. Conclusion The guardians＇ KAP on vaccination was not satisfying, for they had weak awareness of positive vaccination. It is suggested that specific EPI promotion policies and education for different groups of people should be developed and improved accordingly to have people take the initiative to participate in the immunization program.
