摘　　要：目的研究杭州市下城区居民伤害死亡情况及伤害对居民健康的危害程度。方法资料来源于居民病伤死亡报告系统,采用国际疾病分类法(ICD-10)进行编码。通过统计学方法对2002-2006年杭州市下城区居民伤害死亡进行流行病学分析,并计算潜在寿命损失年数(YPLL)。结果2002-2006年杭州市下城区居民伤害死亡率为27.14/10万,标化死亡率为21.34/10万,占全部死亡人数的5.00%。伤害死亡在全死因中位居第6位,在YPLL顺位中居第2位。结论伤害已对杭州市下城区居民健康构成了严重的危害,针对不同年龄的人群,应制定不同的伤害预防措施。Objective The study was conducted to investigate the deaths of injury in Xiacheng district, Hangzhou city and the health hazards for residents. Methods The data were collected from the disease and injury deaths reporting system and coded per the international classification of diseases. Cases of injury death from 2002 to 2006 were epidemiologically analyzed, and the years of potential life lose （YPLL） was calculated. Results The injury death rate of residents in Xiacheng District was 27.14/lakh. The standardized death rate was 21.34/lakh, accounting for 5.00% of total deaths. Injury ranked sixth in all causes of death and second in relation to the YPLL. Constitution Injuries had posed particular health hazards for residents in Xiacheng District of Hangzhou City. Targeted risk- prevention measures should be established for various age groups.
