摘  要:从风电场接入点选取及风电系统机组出力优化的角度,对风电场在低负荷时期的运行性能进行了分析。此外,还分析了异步电机参数对风电系统小干扰电压稳定性的影响。修改后的IEEE39节点系统算例表明,合理地提高低负荷时期系统中的风电比例,可以有效减少常规机组进相运行并改善系统电压水平、降低网损;同时,合理地选择和设计风力发电机组的参数可以使系统具有良好的小干扰电压稳定性。通过该文论述表明低负荷时期合理地提高风电比例具有一定的可行性和参考价值。The power effect on wind power system was analyzed during low load period of selecting the wind farm site and optimizing generators output in integrated wind power power system. Additionally the influence of induction generators parameters on small signal voltage stability was analyzed in integrated wind power power system. IEEE-39 bus system with modification showed that increasing ration of wind power properly during low load period can reduce the amount of regular generators which are leading-phase operating. It can improve the voltage level of system and reduce the loss of the whole network. Meanwhile designing proper parameter of generators can make system have good static stability. The results showed that increasing rate of wind power in proper power system is feasible.
