摘　　要：武钢二炼钢吹氩站改造后,钢水吹氩精炼更能满足生产需要。经过一年多的开发,吹氩站具有以下多种功能:钢包CAS吹氩、微调钢水中Si、Mn、Ti、Nb、微调钢水温度、喂铝线微调Als、喂炭线微调C、真空钢水调温取样、出钢前透气砖试吹氩气提高钢包底吹氩成功率,大大节约了生产成本缩减了工序时间。Since the completion of the revamp on argon-blowing station of NO. 2 Steel- making Plant of WISCO, the molten steel argon-blowing refinement can better satisfy the the actual production of the Plant. Up to date the argon-blowing station has already possessed the following functions; CAS argon-blowing in ladle of molten steel, fine adjustment of compositions Si, Mn, Ti, Nb, fine adjustment of temperature, fine adjustment of Al in steel by feeding Aluminum wire, fine adjustment of Carbon content by feeding Carbon wire. temperature adjusment and sampling of RH molten steel and improvement in the argon-blowing success rate by blowing Argon with the porous elements before tapping. As the result both the production cost and processing time have been greatly reduced.
