摘 要:为了利用示波器同时观测两个或多个不共地的信号,利用一种精密低成本电容隔离放大器,设计了示波器的前置隔离电路。该电路可将不共地信号变为共地信号,解决了示波器对不共地信号的观测问题。所设计的示波器前置隔离电路,在信号频率为50Hz以下时,具有很好的信号跟随性能;并且改变分压比,可以传输不同幅值的信号;采用电容隔离,通道的隔离电压可达1500kV,满足实际应用要求。In order to observe two or more signals that have not common grounding by oscilloscope at the same time, a simply front-end isolated circuit for oscilloscope based on precise lowest cost isolated amplifier is proposed. The signals that have not common grounding can be transferred to that of common grounding by the designed capacitive isolated amplifier. Thus the signals can be observed easily by the oscilloscope. The designed capacitance isolated amplifier solved the problem of observing signals that have not common grounding. The oscilloscope front isolated circuit designed has a good signal tracking performance when the frequency of the signal below to 50Hz. Meanwhile, changing the ratio of the voltage-divided, the isolated circuit can transmit the signals at different amplitude. The isolated voltage at the circuit can reach to 1500kV when using capacitor isolating. Experiment results satisfy the practical demand.
