摘　　要：目的探讨手术前患者口服磷酸钠与"番泻叶+洗肠散"的肠道准备效果。方法将160例患者分为两组,每组80例,一组口服磷酸钠,一组口服"番泻叶+洗肠散",比较两组患者的肠道清洁效果、不适症状、耐受性和可接受性。结果两种肠道清洁口服液的术前肠道准备效果差异无统计学意义,但口服磷酸钠的患者出现的不适症状少,耐受性好,更容易接受。结论磷酸钠口服液是一种便于操作、安全、舒适的肠道准备药物。Objective To compare the effect of oral sodium phosphate and folium sennae in preoperative patients. Methods One hundred and sixty patients were divided into two groups and received oral sodium phosphate vs. folium sennae. Then, the effect of bowel cleaning,uncomfortable symptoms,tolerance and acceptance were evaluated and compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference regarding the effect of bowel cleaning between the two groups. However, the patients who received oral sodium phosphate reported less uncomfortable symptoms, better tolerance and acceptance. Conclusion Oral sodium phosphate is proved to be a simple, safe and comfortable bowel cleaner.
