摘　　要：PICC在肿瘤化疗中发挥了重要的作用,避免了反复对病人的穿刺,又避免了化疗药物对外周血管的破坏及对局部组织的损伤。针对PICC穿刺过程、操作机制及并发症等作详细介绍,同时总结我国目前存在的3种护理模式作一综述。随着PICC的广泛应用,护理人员需随时根据病人的情况提供有效护理。PICC plays an important role in tumor patients undergoing chemotherapy. It avoids not only the repeated puncturing of patients but also the damage of peripheral blood vessel and injuries of local tissue of chemotherapeutics. It introduced in detail the process of puncturing, the certification of manipulation and the complications of PICC. And it summarized three nursing modes existed in China at present. As the widespread application of PICC, nurses should provide effective nursing care for patients based on their particular illness conditions.
