健康教育在牙周炎维护期病人中的应用研究

摘　　要：[目的]考察健康教育干预在成人牙周炎维护期治疗中的量化效果。[方法]将牙周炎维护期病人28例随机分为健康教育组和对照组,其中健康教育组接受全程健康教育,包括定期口腔卫生宣教、洁牙指导、定期随访等,对照组仅给予常规门诊宣教。两组于宣教前及12个月的观察期后分别测菌斑指数(PLI)、牙龈指数(GI)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)等,统计比较两组间各指数的差异。[结果]健康教育前健康教育组病人PLI、GI、SBI分别为2.39±0.83、1.94±0.61、3.18±0.86,与对照组组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但12个月后健康教育组各指数降为1.12±0.43、1.21±0.38、1.96±0.54,均显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。健康教育组需要做牙齿洁治的总次数亦明显少于对照组。[结论]全程健康教育在牙周炎维护期病人的治疗中有显著改善口腔卫生及牙龈炎症状的作用。Objective： To investigate the quantizing effect of health education on the treatment of adult periodontitis in maintenance stage. Methods： A total of 28 periodontitis in maintenance stage were divided into health education group and control group randomly. Patients of health education group were given whole range education, including regular oral hygiene education, guid- ance of cleaning teeth, and regular follow - up. Patients of control group were given routine education in out-patient clinic only. Items including plaque index （PLI）, gingival index （GI）, and gingival sulcus bleeding index （SBI） of two groups cases were determined before education and after 12 months of observation, and statistical differences between the two groups were analyzed. Results： The PL, GI, and SBI of patients in health education group before health education were 2.39 ± 0.83, 1.94 ± 0.61, and 3.18± 0.86 respectively. There were no statistical significance compared with that of control group （P〉0.05）. However, 12 months later, the PL, GI, and SBI of patients in health education group were 1.12 ± 0.43, 1.21± 0.38, and 1.96 ±0.54 respectively and were declined significantly compared with that of control group （P〈 0.05）. The frequency of cleaning teeth of patients in health education group decreased remarkably. Conclusion： Whole range of heahh education in the treatment of periodontitis patients in maintenance stage could improve both the oral hygiene and gingivitis for them.
