高效毛细管电泳法测定紫黄止血消炎粉中盐酸小檗碱的含量

摘　　要：目的建立紫黄止血消炎粉中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法。方法采用高效毛细管电泳法,用熔融石英毛细管柱64.5cm×50μm,有效长度56cm;0.02mol/L磷酸缓冲溶液pH7.0-甲醇（82∶18）,分离电压为20kV,毛细管柱温25℃,UV检测波长254nm。结果盐酸小檗碱进样浓度16.8-84μg/ml内线性关系良好（r=0.9996）,平均加样回收率为98.25%,RSD为1.01%。结论该方法灵敏、快速、准确,结果可靠,可用于紫黄止血消炎粉中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定。Objective To establish a method for determination of berberine content in Zi-Huang Styptic power by HPCE.Methods The capillary electrophoretic conditions were fused-silica capillary column（64.5 cm×50 μm,56 cm）,running buffer of 0.02 mol/L phosphate buffer solution（pH7.0）-methanol（82∶18）,separation voltage of 20 kV,column temperature of 25℃ and detection wave length at 254 nm.Results The stand curve was liner over the range 16.8-84 μg/ml with the correlation coefficient 0.999 6.The average recovery was 98.45%with RSD=1.4%（n=6）.Conclusion The HPCE method is sensitive,rapid and accurate.It can be used to control the quality of Zi-Huang Styptic power.
