摘　　要：SM－3属于1-取代咪唑衍生物，具有高效体外杀精作用。本文采用SM－3栓剂进行兔体内抗生育试验。结果表明，SM－3栓剂在雌兔人工授精前经阴道给药后产生显著的抗生育效果。30mg／枚组给药的家兔，无一只妊娠（妊娠率0％）；6mg／枚组给药的家兔，仅一只妊娠（妊娠率20％）；而对照组家兔、空白栓剂组家兔全部妊娠（妊娠率100％）。The vaginal contraceptive activity of SM - 3 was evaluated in the rabbits. When applied intravaginally in a suppository before artificial insemination with untreated rabbit semen, SM-3 caused significant reduction infertilization compared to the controls. When the dose was 30 mg/a rabbit, it reduced the fertility to 0%, while the fertility of vehicle treated control animals and the sham - manipulated control group was 100%.
