摘　　要：袭警的频繁发生是警民关系恶化的结果,是警民关系不和谐的表现。通过民警的公正执法,在互信的基础上建立理性和谐的警民关系才是减少袭警现象的根本之道。The frequent occurrence of raiding the police results from worsening of the relation between the police and citizens and shows the police and civilian relation is not harmonious. By the means of impartial law enforcement of the police and on the basis of mutual trust between the police and citizens establishing the rational and harmonious relation between the police and citizens is the fundamental way to reduce cases of raiding the police.
