摘 要:以甘蓝型油菜2105、2107、2109和2117品系的种子无菌萌发后扩繁获得的二倍体无菌苗和小孢子培养所获单倍体再生植株扩繁形成的单倍体无菌苗为供试材料,研究了不同NaCl浓度胁迫对离体培养的单倍体和二倍体茎端群体生长的影响。结果表明:培养基中添加0.4%NaCl导致供体材料的鲜重增加率上升;0.8%NaCl显著降低供体材料的增殖率,NaCl浓度升至1.2%~1.4%时,供体材料的存活率明显下降。NaCl胁迫对单倍体材料生长的抑制作用大于二倍体材料。The microspore-derived haploid plantlets and seed-germinated diploid plantlets of Brassica napus were used as test materials, and the in vitro culture of their stem apexes was conducted under NaCl stress. The result showed that adding 0.4% NaCl to medium could lead the increment rate of donor materials" fresh weight to rise, adding 0.8% NaCl to medium could significantly decrease the multiplication rate of donor materials, and when the NaCl concentration increased to 1.2%-1.4%, the survival rate of donor materials obviously decreased. The inhibition of NaCl stress on growth of haploid materials was greater than that on growth of diploid ones.
